I seem to be hitting the jackpot today...

I entered all my categories. Now I'm entering products and assigning categories to them. Problem:

- when I click on category field, it will only show me 4 categories which doesn't include the one I need. When I click 'view all' nothing happens. I can click on manufacturers and tags ' view all' and the popup window shows up - but neither one has any info in them (I'm not using them)

How can this problem be fixed or worked around ?

When I right click on categories 'view all' I get the following error message displayed in a new tab:
