Today, we are pleased to announce release of Arastta 1.4 stable version. As always, Arastta's new version came with great new features, improvements and of course bug fixes.

Arastta 1.4 is named with Kolari, a city of Finland, because of great contributions of Rune, not only to Arastta 1.4 but to the Arastta project. Also, we would like to thank everyone who contributed Arastta project by translating, develoing, desining, reporting etc...

Drag & Drop list ordering

Our main purpose with Arastta is to make easy creating an eCommerce store as much as possible. Till now, ordering the products, categories or other listings was a little bit difficult and time wasting. But, with Arastta 1.4 it's not super easy to change ordering of the listings (products, categories etc). Just drag and drop the items and that's it.

Arastta Mobile App

Finally, official Arastta mobile app is released! Currently, it's only for iOS, but here is a good news: we will publish Arastta mobile app for Android as soon as possible. So, keep following us!

Enhanced Image Manager

In the Basic Mode, it's easy to add (upload) images, thanks to our drag & drop image uploading feature. But, what if you want to add images from your current images folder instead of uploading from the local computer? Now it's possible. We have added Manage button, so you can browse your current images located in your store and select them.

Customer Search reporting

Do you ever wonder what is searched on your site by your customers? Now you can learn. Just navigate to Reports > Customers > Search section and see what terms are searched on your site by your customers.

Multiple File Upload

It's now possible to upload multiple files at the same time wherever File Manager is available in your Arastta admin panel. Upload multiple images and files at once.

Active Menu Class

Indicating the current menu by highlighting the menu's background or color is very important for UX. So, we have added active CSS class to the current menu items, so your theme developer can differentiate it from others.

Multi-lingual Banners

One of the core principles of Arastta is the multilingual support. So, we put importance on it and do our best to make every piece of Arastta multilingual. Now, Banners feature supports multilingual titles, links and images.

How to update?

Updating your current Arastta store to the latest 1.4 version is very easy and it must be updated smoothly.

Then you can update it via Update center in admin panel. For more information refer to Update documentation.
