Support for basic remarketing is probably one of the most important and requested feature, to make increased sales.
Like, but not limited to:
- Reminder to write a review x days after ordering.
- Automated "newsletters" x days after ordering/registering.
- Cart reminder...

This is probably to be considered more as a requirement than a idea.
But it would be great if there was more short tags available for stores info, and they was added to default templates.
Address, company/tax id (needs also to be added in config) and phone as a minimum, since it's req...

Quite often the store owner wants to use different mail addresses, for different mail notifications / departments.
T.ex. for
- Contact form
- Customer registration
- Newsletter (signup/sending)
- View Idea →

If you are processing orders and want to change the status from, for example, processed to shipped, you have to edit the order and step all the way through the tabs.
I want a simple order list where you can change the order status, please.

It would be very helpful for admins (and customers) if the order data was looked up and filled automatically when the order id was entered, when manually creating a new product return.
Like the fields for order date, customer, first name, last name, email and phone.

I think that some of the default fields should be removed, because they are not needed for all, and they could rather be added as custom field by those needing them. This would also give the store owner the needed control on witch customer groups they should display and be required for. And havin...
