Product on stock

Hi (sorry for ma bad English( If i set the stock for a product on (example) 2 and after a customer order 4 pieces it wil not showing up in the admin to order new one. See attachment. How can i fix this? Thanks. Regards Manfred.

    Manfred, are you doing these actions from the admin side only? Does it work in the catalog?

    Hi Ahmet, if i place a order in the catalog, it is not showing up in the admin that i received a New order, or the product is out off stock. See both attachments.
