I have enabled the Secure Trading extension. All the configuration is done as per their OpenCart guide. The charge is taken correctly by the ST website payment pages and the customer is taken back to the 'success' page. HOWEVER the order is lost; the registered customer has no orders and no orders appear in the Admin area.

I wonder if the notifications path is wrong? For OC it is http://nameofyourshop.com/index.php?route=payment/securetrading_pp/ipn

If I paste the notification into a browser I get:

Notice: Undefined index: responsesitesecurity in /[thefullurl blah blah]/store/catalog/controller/payment/securetrading_pp.php on line 112

Is this hinting at a bug? OR do I need to select particular fields in the Payment pages redirect action?

    Before I set you on that path, Secure Trading think there may be a firewall issue on the server - it needs to allow responses from the ST server. So I have contacted the hosting company first.

    They have also sent me a link to a guide - so I ought to read that too.

    Hello Simon,

    You can't access it directly from browser so the error is OK. Can you please send me an admin account via PM? The sandbox mode details would also be helpful so I could test it.
