In SETTINGS > OPTIONS we have the Order Status set at PENDING, the Processing Order Status set at PROCESSING, and the Complete Order Status set at COMPLETE yet ALL orders automatically show as cancelled when placed, even though the payment processes successfully. What have we got wrong? Please help as we have searched everywhere. Thanks.

    Did you check the order status setting in the payment module?

    And which module is it?

    The module is Paypal Payments Standard. This second tab ORDER STATUS where everything in there was set as "cancelled" was precisely the problem! Thank you so very much!

    I am ordered through Gmail and my order automatically shows as canceled. Then I contact the Gmail customer support to solve the problem to solve the problem. which provide the important information about the Gmail. After that my order will be confirmed and I can use this order. so, it is really important for us to provide the best information.
