Hi,
I just noticed that my Arastta website gives discounts to all my products and I can't turn it off. I can set the right price on the product's admin page and save it but when I check the product price on the website it shows a lower price (over 20%) than it should be. How can I fix it?

If it's a discount, there is normally a before price or percent displayed in most templates - is it the case in your store?

Have you checked and set zones, tax etc correctly?

Note! Don't use demo content to build a new shop on, you should start with a clean empty database and don't install the demo content. The demo content is for demo only, meaning used to install a demo store where you can play end make yourself familiar with the system.

    Thanks, Rune

I didn't use the demo content. My website was migrated by Arastta people. My taxes and localisation are set correctly. I can set the correct product price without tax in the admin site but the website shows the product price about 35% lower than it should be and it does it for all products. It doesn't indicate any discount just displays a lower price than it should be. Even if I change the price it still shows it lower on the website. I can't run the website like this.

Interesting. Don't know anything about this, so maybe you should ask for support from the same people. If you are using the Arastta Cloud, it's probably better if you use the support ticket system there, so someone with access and knowledge about your migration can help. Others just has to guess and try to pull info out of you.

PS! Check the currency settings and selections, which one is being used in admin, and in the store ...

Are you using more than one currency? We had the same issue using two currencies.
Even though I setup CAD as the default currency, with USD as the second, when I visited the site, prices were appearing in USD.
Took some fiddling around to get the CAD to appear as default.

Not really. After doing changes just clear the site cache, browser cache, and if in use - the server/domain cache. :)
