Multi store getting error

i am trying set up additional store

i am getting error while using a new domain or subdomain:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

please guide how to solved the issue...
