I purchased a shipping module in the past and am trying to download it once again but when I go to downloads, and find the extension, when I click on the download button I get "The page you requested cannot be found!". Is the marketplace broken or is it dead much like the updates here? I'd be rather disappointed to find I paid money for these extensions and not have access to them.

I wonder, is it from within the admin interface or directly on the Marketplace?

Which extension is it? Maybe someone have it, and can share it with you.

I have it on another store, but now I have to go through and extract all the files. Let the work begin.

I would like to know if they intend to refund people who paid upfront for these products.
Guess I'll have to consider moving to a new cart if this is abandoned. So sad whoever is running the show here.

Nice to see the contact us page on marketplace is broken so can't send a message.
Take peoples money and then the files vanish.

That has also been reported to core team several times, and also mentioned in several forum posts. So it's indeed strange that it's still broken for sure ...

Btw! I recommend you send a private message to both the founders:

Sure I could send them all private messages, but if they really cared, they would be on the forum reading the posts and the complaints and providing a response that things will improve and be dealt with. Their near silence recently and from posts of complaints from long ago, it appears they have no desire to improve the welfare of this project. I get a sense that they have gone as far as they can with it and with the problems that appear to be on going for a long time, they likely don't have the skill to resolve them so things are at a standstill. So I guess until someone comes along to fix the many small issues things aren't going to change and that's the greater disappointment.

Not that I disagree in the case of Arastta, but generally, we can't expect core team members to read everything in a COMMUNITY forum - so it's just a general advice from me to you to take direct contact if required. :)

Note! Regarding extensions, using the support button on each to get the developers help/attention is a good start.
