    That generally happens when the username/password is not correct. I can check it further if you could PM me the cPanel details.

    I’m getting this as well. I thought it would create a new database & that didn’t work or I don’t know how to ask it to do this?
    I’ve created a database using cpanel & double checked username, database name & passwords.
    Still get the same error of being unable to connect

    How do you fix this?

    I have finally worked it out! Sorry to bother you… it was the host server name!
