When I have a category structure like that:
- Electronic
-- Mobile Phone
-- TV
When I click Electronic I can't see the products that belongs to Mobile Phone and TV together. I have to choose one of them to see products. Is there a way to see whole items that under Electronic category or it's children?

When you enter all your products, under the links tab where you enter your categories,
enter:
Electronics (for all products)
Mobile Phone (will popup with Electronics>Mobile Phone)
or
TV (will popup with Electronics>TV)
So you enter Electronics as the main category, and add the sub-category as the secondary.
If you also have a category for Specials, Discounted Items, etc, you can also add those categories to have the product also appear there.
Now when you select Electronics, all the items will appear and the sub-categories appear at the top where you can refine your choice to any of the sub-categories to reduce your view of the products.
enter:
