Help adding digital download to product

Hello, I am new to Arastta, and I have installed it via Softaculous app installer. I have a product, and a download set up, but I am unable to find out how to add the digital file to the product. Thanks in advance for assistance.

    Hi Dave,


    First you have to set the backend "Admin" to advanced mode near the top right-hand-side of the interface.

    Then you should see "Downloads" three up from the bottom as a sub-category of the "Catalog" menu on the left-hand-side.

    Note there is a bug and digital downloads for some reason require shipping set to yes.

    That is of topic, better add a new post describing this in details, so anyone can recreate it. Haven't noticed that issue till now though.

    It doesn't happen anymore. Must have cleared up.
    But after completing the digital download sale, nothing appears in your downloads section.

    The order must reach the correct status first, a completed/shipped status, defined in your settings.
