You should provide as much info as possible, including system information: https://arastta.org/docs/user-manual/tools/system-information
But as this is your second post about weirdnesses in your installation, I would say it's broken in some way.
Ref.: https://arastta.org/forum/error-manufacturer-and-category
I encourage you to install a fresh clean Arastta on the same server (subdomain or subfolder), and test it. Unless it's your server, it would most likely don't have those issues.
PS! This issue displayed on the image is typical for modified files (t.ex. by hacking, modification or bad extensions), or simply failed upload/update. So you could also re-upload the core files (select overwrite), using FileZilla or some other recommended FTP-client. -

According to the requirements, PHP 5.3.10 should be supported: https://arastta.org/docs/requirements
Could you please add which exact version your server had? Was it lower than PHP 5.3.10?
Anyhow, added it to GitHub for consideration: https://github.com/arastta/arastta/issues/773
