Composer Error

I'm trying to install.

Got error:
You need to run Composer first. More details https://github.com/arastta/arastta

I'm with iPage and don't think I have access to the server directly.
How do I install Arastta??

    I somehow kept getting the development version even when I clicked the link you gave me.
    After attempting several times I finally got the correct version and it worked.
    Really weird. Works now and I'm happy so it's ok! ;)
