please guide me how to change the path/url to access admin area, renaming folder name not working for me according to docs ,i had to make changes in admin/define.php to get access that works ,but i am getting error while downloading invoices and there might be some more errors. i am not sure what i have done so far is correct , please let me know what i am doing wrong.

It's really hard to tell you what you have done wrong, when you don't tell us what you actually have done, in detail.
Also you refer to some docs, what is this/those specific docs (URL to it)?
Changing the admin URL is as simple as adding a keyword for it according to https://arastta.org/docs/user-manual/system/settings/security
Keyword for Admin Panel: Enter a keyword to access the admin panel such as 'mypanel' so that the system will require it to be in the link like domain.com/admin?mypanel. Leave blank to disable it.
