Hello,
I'm having trouble accessing my Arastta Cloud site and tried to contact Support through the Arastta Cloud support ticketing system. I receive a 403: Access Forbidden error when I select Technical Support or Billing/Invoicing via the dropdown menu.
How can I contact Arastta Cloud support to find out the status of my site?
Thank you.

Hi Sam,
You'll be able to get hosting that will accomodate Arastta, so you don't necessarily have to change platform immediately, but should probably investigate other possibilities in the mean time.
With regards to backups, it is unwise to rely on any host providers for backups and they should only be a last resort. It is much better practise to keep your own just to be sure especially as it is so easy to implement. Two exports gets all your products and categories in spreadsheet format. There is also a MySQL export backup and a Softaculous one in Cpanel. Preferably download your own manual backup too.
As you would expect it only becomes an issue in situations like this now.

Thanks for your reply, Hackasacka.
Since I purchased Arastta Cloud, I thought that I wouldn't have to worry about backups or maintenance. I would like to see if Arastta Support can come with a solution here.
Thanks again for your response, Hackasacka.
Edit: oh wow, I just saw Rune Rasmussen's reply... I had no idea that Arastta has been junked. I will try to reach the devs at the places you suggested... I really hope I don't have to move my shop to another platform...! Thank you for the heads up. -

Try contacting the team through their new project:
https://akaunting.com/contact
Or try to contact the founders of Arastta directly:
- Denis Dulici - https://arastta.org/community/profile/denisdulici
- Enes Ertuğrul - https://arastta.org/community/profile/enesertugrul
Anyhow the project is clearly more or less abandoned, so maybe better just move on, rebuilding the store on another platform having more reliable founders and developers. - Denis Dulici - https://arastta.org/community/profile/denisdulici
