Not your issue. Likely the server containing updates was down. When you log in to the admin it checks for updates and if their server is down, it locks you out....

I have been suggested to upgrade my php version but not sure what the highest version arrasta will use without breaking something since there have been no more updates....

I don't have a "cart" url there, but it's been over a year since I had this issue, so I tested it again and it seems to be working fine now. I'd have to assume it corrected itself at sometime....

Note there is a bug and digital downloads for some reason require shipping set to yes....
