Where are modules configured/installed?

In OpenCart, there is an area in the extensions admin for Payment, Shipping, Order Totals, Modules, etc.
I don't see the modules area in Arastta.
Where is this located?

With Arastta that is inside Layouts page. You can configure and assign modules to layouts from that page. You can also click on the Modules button at the right top and see the classic OpenCart view of modules.
