Could we please somehow make the forum rules into community rules, and then also more visible?
Maybe a read field/text on top of community and forum pages, and also a short clear version in top of the "Conversation" system (private/direct messages).
People don't see them, doesn't connect it to the community, and/or simply ignores them, when they are hidden deep in the forum.
