Update to 1.2.4 and modifications no longer working

I just updated to 1.2.4 and all my modifications have been disabled. Is there a way to enable them again after each update? When looking at the ftp site, it appears that the modifications folder is no longer there. I assume that's why the mods aren't working. I guess the update is supposed to delete the modifications folder?

Sorry, I never responded back on this. I requested support from the modification creators and they were able to make the needed changes so the modules could work again. I should add that I was using opencart modules.

    Daniel, the update doesn't delete anything, file/data. You can click on the Refresh button from Modifications page:

    Unfortunately this has not been the case for me. The Modifications folder on the server was deleted by the update and a refresh in the modifications page hasn't brought it back? None of my modifications are working because of the upgrade.

    Are the modifications still activated?
    I noticed some being deactivated on a upgrade, but works fine when they are activated again.
