My site was fully operational, and I made no changes to it. Earlier this week, customers complained that they could not place orders because once they got to the payment page it said "Warning: No Payment Options are available" and would loop them back. I checked the back-end and payment options were enabled. Again, the site was operational before this week and I had made no changes. I updated php on the server from 5.3 to 7.3 to see if that would help. It made no difference. Today the site is completely offline. The files are still there but the front and back ends both just show a white page with a console error: "Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead." Does anyone know what is going on?

Okay, I switched back to php 5.6 and that brought the site back, but I'm still getting the no payment method error. I have 3 active payment methods.
