Please help!

No 404 for me.

You must provide some usefull info (setup, config, real url etc), if you want someone to respond to you. Posting also in the issue tracker without any more usefull info only makes people angry at you!

not all are professionals! Maybe forum is precisely for this to help! Both beginners and advanced in this field.
I do not know what it would take to make it available as information!

Nobody can help you without any usefull info, pro or no pro.
Consider hiring a pro if you're unable to give any info at all, or use the cloud service - as you probably shouldn't do all on your own then.
