Problem with Register globals during installation

Hi, I have a problem with installation of Arastta. During the installation it says:"Warning: Register Globals needs to be disabled!" but the phpinfo(); says it is off already, what should I do? PHP Version is 5.3.29. Thank you.

    Hi, I have solved the problem by disabling the system check in the installation script. I was told (by the hosting provider), that it had to do something with reading the master value instead of local value (I installed it on shared server).
