I got problem related .php file under /system/vendor/symfony/filesystem/Filesystem.php
This filesystem.php will remove automatically by Security and Virus Scans in WHM.
What is the problem ? After deleted file, I got HTTP 500 error. There is no modification on my script lates 1.5.3 using now.

The problem seems to be that your Security and Virus Scans in WHM is giving false alerts, and if it's removing files automatically it's a really bad setup.
Unless you actually are hacked ...
