I'm using the PayPal Payments Standard extension with Arastta 1.6.2 and the buyer's shipping address doesn't seem to get passed to PayPal. I don't know whether I've got an issue with the extension or something on Paypal. Any help to point me where to look would be appreciated.

Let's rephrase it then: PayPal Express should support Guest Checkout.

No account should be required to pay, the buyer just needs to click on the Guest Checkout in the PayPal Express form. It shouldn't be necessary to use both modules, try talking to PayPal support if the Guest Checkout isn't available in your PayPal Express.

And if you still insist on using both, please debug and provide some more info. Set up a fresh install of latest Arastta, with default/second theme and English to test and debug it, using PP sandbox.

I guess I'm not explaining my problem well. Let me try again. I want to be able to accept paypal and credit cards via paypal. Paypal express works on my site, but only allows buyer to use a paypal account. In order to do both, I need to use Paypal standard. That extension operates, but doesn't send mailing address info to Paypal. I use paypal standard on an opencart 2.x installation with no problems.

Thanks for that suggestion. As far as I can tell that only allows someone to use paypal, not enter a credit or debit card

I think you should rather use the more modern PayPal Express, at least test it.
