Hello. Pressed in SSL settings, then I can not go to the admin menu. How to fix it?

If not, you should not enable it. But since you did, you would then need to disable it manually through phpMyAdmin or similar (directly in your database).
In table settings, search for config_secure key and set the value to 0 (zero).
