I'm having issues with the minimum pricing not working for many extensions. Handling fee, Free shipping etc. No matter what price I set the option at the option for free shipping is always there. The handling fee is also always shown no matter what price or type of product it is ie, a download is being charged a handling fee.
I'm at a loss on how to fix this. There's not many options to play with and the ones included do absolutely nothing.
