That's not related with your site but Marketplace. In order to access it, you need a valid API Key.

When you navigate to Marketplace page you will be asked to fill a form field with your API key. There you can save your API.
If you encounter with the error you mentioned instantly (which prevents you to see field), then there must be some other problem, our devs should have a look on it.

I filled the form field with another key because it disappeares in my account but my Problem is to get this form field again.

I also looked in the database but didn't found it.

You can use the following link, replace the "token" value with yours:

index.php?route=extension/marketplace&changeApiKey=1&token=xyz

I tried a Master and a Slave Api-key but the error is still the same.
