Live Price Update

Over 4 times i ask for help because the tool 'Live price update', but nobody home. Is there anybody ho can help me with this problem?
The tool is not working and can not be downloaded in Admin-Marketplace. Thanks in advance. Manfred

    It seems there is a problem within the Marketplace and Burak is working to fix it. Paid extensions can't be downloaded.
