is Maxmind security deleted? I'm missing it in admin panel and also the database table do no more exist.
Error from error log is not accepted on your site. I get an 403 error.
The error occurred while I set an order to proceeded.

No, it's moved. Please read release announcements before upgrading, oh, and do test upgrades on test sites please.

Please take a look at the file NoFraud. This is after updating to Version 1.5 or 1.5.1
The file YesFraud was for sure before the updates.
The database is OK "_order_fraud"
Please let me know where is the setup link to setup the maxmind API. I don't find it anymore.

Extensions is handled through the extension menu.
View all -> Filter -> Anti Fraud

OK, I don't use it - and don't intend to.
So someone else would need to help you further then, but in meanwhile I recommend you try to debug it, so you can provide some more info. And maybe re-save it, to see if it does anything.
