Installation failure WAMPSERVER 2.5

I am having a problem getting the install page to load on WAMPSERVER 2.5 What could be the problem? Is it necessary to set up a database in phpmyadmin before trying to install? What am I missing? It keeps going to http://arastta.com/install ?? Have I downloaded the cloud version? HELP.

    Are you able to install any other software on that server? It seems to require domain extension (com, net, org) which shouldn't work for other systems as Joomla, WordPress etc too.

    Hi Denis,
    Special Thanks for your reply. I tried to install Joomla 3.4.3 and it failed as well. The problem was due to port 80 being in use by Microsoft.
    HOW TO FIX WAMPSERVER FAILURE
    Change port 80 to 81 by editing it in httpd.conf on your wamp server.
