After installing WAMP 3.0.6_x64, I launched Arastta install on my localhost by launching this link:
http://localhost:8080/upload
After the language step selection, I filled the diffrent info and I got this errors:
"Error: Could not connect to the database! Please, make sure the details are correct."
Could you please help.

OK, the install is now OK
The issue commes from the fact that before launching the install we should already create the Database (via http://localhost/phpmyadmin)

I still have the issue even with default port 80
