DId you generate a invoice number for the order first?

Confirmed (when invoice # is missing): https://github.com/arastta/arastta/issues/574

I generated an invoice yesterday and it's showing in the order.
Tried it again this morning and still getting the above error.

Turn of error display in settings then please, and try again.
Probably also nice to try a different browser.

Ok so I tried Chrome and Firefox and got the error on both.
Turned on debug, but it doesn't show anything.
When clicking on the pdf invoice button, it goes to open a page with only the appearing at the top.

You should not turn debug on, but 'Display Errors' off. Can you please test it?
