Edit Product Images Not Working

I updated Arastta recently. We haven't updated our product since 2 updates ago but I tried to add some new images to a product today and I noticed the image section isn't working.

When I took a look in Firebug it revealed the following error...

TypeError: $(...).fileinput is not a function
$("#input-image-addon").fileinput({...

I'm not sure how to fix this. I checked that the jquery file is where it's supposed to be and it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Andrew,

    Do you have the same problem on Advanced Mode? Please switch to Advanced Mode and see if you have the same problem.

    By the way please disable Debug mode if it's enabled. You can check it from Settings > Server tab. It seems that your file is not loaded completely.
    If you can send credentials to Cuneyt, he can inspect the issue for you.
