I don't know if it can be done or how, but here's what I am wondering.
I am looking to setup a couple groups. Ratail, Consignment and Wholesale.
Retail customers of course would require all available shipping modules setup.
Consignment and wholesale customers would be free delivery only.
I don't think group assignment is an option so I am wondering if anyone had an idea on how to set this up or if it is possible.
