Seems like your server is blocking access to the update server.

It surely would be helpful to include your system info, activate error logging and check the log. And also talking to your host about it would probably help too.

Issues with tax, zones etc. will most likely not change with the update, but surely you should keep up to date anyway.

Please could this be investigated?

The support-person on my host's side also did some checking on intodns.com. I've attached a screenshot of possible issues.

So, I still face not being able to update Arastta from 1.2.7 to the current version.
