If this has been mentioned before I apologize.
If you setup a product with "Shipping Required" set to "No", you can't complete the order.
You get to the point of where you should be able to select a payment type, but it says no payments modules available.
If I change the product to "Yes" for "Shipping Required", then all the payment options appear.
Seems to be some sort of bug.
