I would like to display the latest blog posts according to the category of the currently displayed blog post. For example if I am showing a post from the Cats category, I would like to show the latest cat posts on the right panel, not showing the latest dog posts even if they're more recent than the cat posts.

Is this relatively easy or a significant endeavor.
