That's the issue I found with the open cart extensions. They don't all work correctly with Arastta.
Finding Arastta has modified some of the file structure which causes some mods not to install correctly from open cart.
But with some investigating, some things can be worked out.

I just installed an "Order Status Color" mod which for the most part works great, but the file structure for the dashboard was changed so I had to investigate and modify the install file.

Much appreciated, I thought it would have been a simple fix, (but not that simple ).
Almost certain it changed with a recent version update, but having only recently realized it was not working I cannot be sure.

OK James, I notified site admin to look at that support issue.
But in future when you post, please try to include all relevant info directly, including what you have done to figure it out etc.

Also note that there was a new release today (Arastta 1.5.5), I don't think it will help in this case, but there are some other important fixes in it, so I recommend you update and test (remember backup first, and/or make a test copy).

That was my first response, support was requested over a week ago (no reply).

Since you did pay for the Live Price Update extension, you could also ask the developer for support, through the Marketplace.
