Hello everyone. I was changing the footer and header in the second theme, added a link to a blog on the top bar and a link under the customer support in the footer. I did this by directly editing the footer.tpl and header.php under the second theme folders. it worked on desktop, but it kills the responsiveness for the mobile view.

I see no other way to simply add a new link or page to these sections like you do with information pages. I thought my work around was a good idea till I looked at my phone.

What is the proper way to add links to the footer sections other than the information section? Any help is appreciated.

I fixed the mobile response by switching boxed to full width. Idk if that's a bug in the theme or the way it's meant to be.
