Import fails with error from joomla/cache

Hi
I have already imported 10,000 products + with no problems but I am getting the error below.
Please can someone help?

system/vendor/joomla/cache/src/File.php on line 149

    Hello,

    Try to clean the cache from "System > Settings > Cache" tab and then check again.

    my web goes offline when i tried to update new version shows below message,

    system/vendor/joomla/cache/src/Cache.php on line 20

    Personally i check file is exist this folder.

    How can i delete cache manually.
