How to Edit Sub Menu

I want to remove some features from sub menu but I can't find any option for it in administration panel. How can I remove them?
I'm using default theme.

    No, this panel changes the main menu. I want to change submenu which is bottom of the page as you can see in screenshot.

    If you want to change some of the links located in "Bilgiler" (Information) part, you can do it via:
    Admin panel > Catalog > Information menu. There you can see all links and their content.

    But if you want to remove or change the position of the links, then you need to edit the footer.php file of the template. You can find that file from:
    catalog/view/theme/YOUR_THEME/template/common/footer.php
