I'm attempting to customize the admin look and feel.
I changed the /admin/view/theme/basic/template/common/header.tpl file but nothing is updating when I look at it through a web browser.
I tried clearing the browser cache and also tried clicking the "Clear Cache" button in the admin settings page.
Nothing is updating but the file is uploaded.

In fact you can create your own admin theme by overriding the basic one. Don't forget to change the common.tpl as within the frontend one https://arastta.org/docs/developers/override-system
