Have just downloaded Arastta, and am setting up the store, but I can't seem to delete the Tax Rates. For all other localisation settings, like countries or tax classes, when deleting I at least get told what it's been assigned to, that I need to remove before being able to delete. But with the tax rates, when I click delete, nothing happens.

Hello,
If the Tax Rate is assigned to any Tax Classes then you need to remove it first from the current Tax Class after you will be able to delete it.
Check following screenshots. I tried to delete the "Eco Tax (-2.00)" tax rate and it says that tax rate is assigned to 2 tax classes. When I check the "Downloadable Products" tax class I see there "Eco Tax (-2.00)" tax rate.

Thanks for the help. That didn't actually work though. All other deleting I did (currency, category, etc), the red info line showed up to let me know why I couldn't delete it. But for Tax Rate, nothing happened. Basically clicking on the button didn't submit, and the page doesn't even load.
I did manage to solve it by switching to "advanced mode" though. But on basic mode, deleting Tax Rate doesn't work. -
