I cannot change store logo, do any changes at setting tab. will appear 403 forbidden, dont have permission to access/admin/ to access this server

Hi. Need help here. I want to change the store logo, enter the address at setting tab. when save it and appear 403 forbidden error. dont have permission. Can any one help me for this. TQ....
