Square Boxes for Icons

I am having issue with the icons appearing. They just show up as a square box. I see it at the install screen and when I fully install the product. I attached an image of the issue. Any suggestions.

I got it.
IIS 7 did not have .woff configured as a MIME Type. I added it and it works now.

Edit:

I also had to add .woff2

I have tried IE, chrome, & firefox either I get white boxes or no images at all. It as if they are not even in the 1.4.1 distribution files. I went looking for them in the files but couldn't find them. But then again I'm not sure where I should be looking for them.

On what system are you? Tested on a different unit (pc, tab whatever)?
Is your internet connection OK?
Anything timing out (browser debug)?

Is it clean installs of browsers? Or have you set any blocking in settings for them?

Windows server 2012 web, IIS7 (I have multiple other website running). I have tried browsing to the site using the localhost, and 3 other PC same result.

It does appear I am getting and error with font-face. See attached picture

Do you have any browser extension or security program on your computer which blocks font icons? If your site is online, can you please try it with another computer? Or provide us a link, so we can check it ourselves.
