Sitemap xml request 500 server error

Hi all links to sitemaps time out with 500 server errors.
https://www.merlinshop.co.uk/index.php?route=feed/google_sitemap/products
I can view the html site map but not the xml ones.
https://www.merlinshop.co.uk/information/sitemap
