Marketplace down?

Is the marketplace site down? Everything I try to download is 0 byte, I can't login to my account. Everything seems to not be working on that site.

    Stil same problem. No one can reply support email also.

    Nobody looks after it. Bit of a joke.
    Submissions have been ignored or 4-6 months.
    Security certificate expired also.

    After I downloaded any extension from marketplace, it gives an error while extracting.
