Yeah, it's really sad that the admin team isn't able to keep the SSL certificate updated on time. But it seems like they have fixed it again now, so you should be able to download again.

PS! Also note that you still can visit a website even if the SSL certificate is outdated/wrong, if you trust it. Then you simply click advanced in the message you get in your browser, to accept the use of the faulty certificate.
