How to restrict selling the products for only specific city

Hi,

I have a portal in which I am selling products to on few cities in India: Mumbai (India), Hyderabad (India) or Delhi (India).

1. How to restrict selling the products to other cities. If the Address is other than any of above cities then I should restrict it.
2. Also enable the searching of products based on City filter

    Such a feature is not available into Arastta but you can try 3rd party extensions such as the following one:
